Mouth watering international cuisine and traditional street food will be on offer at this year’s festival. From traditional Spanish Churros to authentic jerk chicken, there will be something for everyone to tuck into!

Along the route there will also be some hot snacks and drinks stalls to keep you warm on your festival route through the gardens.

CattleAxe is a new venture where two friends from Sussex have taken on the Steak Sandwich… At CattleAxe they have sourced Prime Rump Steak which is considered to have more flavour than other cuts, great tender meat which makes this the first choice for a Steak Sandwich. Cattle-Axe has paired the Steak Sarnie with Crispy Chilli Squid, which they lightly dust, deep fry and serve with a variety of Dips & Fresh Lime. CattleAxe have gone that extra mile in creating a aesthetically pleasing unit that showcases the unique food offering. With over 1000 led lights to illuminate the top sign and a string of quirky Edison lamps their sure this unit will stand out from the crowd day or night!

We are ‘The Little Camion Creperie’ and we serve freshly made sweet and savoury crepes (Galettes) with a huge variety of delicious fillings. Of course we have Nutella but we also have so many other treats you may finding it difficult to choose!

If you fancy something savoury our buckwheat Galettes with melted cheese and other yummy toppings will hit the spot!!  All of this with a cup of our freshly ground Barista coffee and you will be set for the evening. You may have seen us around the Midlands at various events and weddings, or even on the big screen with our latest cameo in the new Jason Bourne Film!

Having trained as a chocolatier in Paris but starting her business on a Portobello Road Market stall- Oonagh Simms creates decadent Marshmallows in grown up flavours- with a Fresh- soufflé like texture and a signature London edge.

The marshmallowist combines classic confectionery with unexpected flavours and bold design and is now stocked by leading luxury retailers throughout the UK including Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.

This winter join us at our two roaring fire pits to toast whole fruit marshmallows under the stars!

Originate from a traditional butchers in Bavaria, German sausage is one of the best options in festival season!

Our sausage is made from prime beef, and you can also find a range of different flavors here in our stall: Traditional olde English, hickory smoked, BBQ flavor, hot and spicy. You can just name it!

To promise the freshest homemade sausage, we source from our local butchers Scriven & Thorntons. And a full range of varieties of sausage can be discovered by you: traditional Bratwurst, Krakeur with smokey flavor, Kasenkrainer with cheese, and Bockwurst with spicy taste.
