The Magical Lantern Festival Manchester has been postponed until January. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Festival will no longer be taking place at Philips Park this Christmas.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We are in discussions with our partners at Manchester City Council who are very supportive of the event and are hoping to agree on a new site and dates soon.
Customers that have already bought tickets, you don't need to do anything. Your tickets will be valid for the new dates and you can use the same tickets to enter the event on any day of your choice whilst we are open.
If you cannot attend the event during the new dates then you can email us directly on email@example.com and mention your order number and we will arrange a refund for you. We hope to have a new park in Manchester confirmed soon and the new dates so please check back here next week. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Lights! Camera! Instagram filter! The UK’s answer to China’s New Year’s lantern festival returns, this time to Chiswick House Gardens, with more than 50 glowing installations on a Silk Road theme (not the drugs darknet; the original one, the ancient trade network linking Asia to the west). Expect plenty of animals (including pandas) and the odd admiral’s ship.
This Lantern Festival Is Like A Real-Life Psychedelic Wonderland
