  • Travel by Bus

    The following buses stop right outside the park, 11A, 11C, 27, 35 and 76. Visitors can also use the 50, with a short walk from Kings Heath High Street. We encourage ticket holders to travel by public transport to the Magical Lantern Festival. Kings Heath Park is in a residential area with very limited parking. There will also be parking restrictions on some of these roads so you will find it easier to leave your car at home. We suggest if you have to drive that you park in Birmingham City Centre and catch the bus (see map above).

  • Travel by Car

    From Birmingham City Centre follow the A38 towards Edgbaston Cricket Ground. From there follow the signs to Moseley & Kings Heath. Drive along Kings Heath High Street and then turn right onto Vicarage Road. We encourage ticket holders to travel by public transport to the Magical Lantern Festival. Kings Heath Park is in a residential area with very limited parking. There will also be parking restrictions on some of these roads so you will find it easier to leave your car at home.

  • Parking (Friday, Saturday & Sunday Only)

    There is limited Car Parking available on Friday, Saturday and Sundays at Camp Hill Boys and Girls Schools on Vicarage Road B14 7QJ. The car park is charged at £3 per car, please have correct change ready on arrival to the car park. The best way to approach this from Birmingham City Centre/North of the City is via Pershore Road, then Cartland Road onto Vicarage Road (avoid Kings Heath High Street as it can get congested). The best way to approach this from the the South Side of the City is to approach from Howard Road/A4040 then Colmore Road then turn onto Vicarage Road (avoid Kings Heath High Street as it can get congested).
